
Guidelines for Participants
Technical Event Rules
- Maximum 2 participants per team are allowed
- The paper should be in IEEE document format. Participants can also submit their papers on any emerging Computer science technologies.
- The presentation should consist of 4-5 slides including introduction,methodology, result & analysis and conclusion excluding front slide, table of contents, thank you. The soft copy of PPT should be submitted a day before the event.
- The participants are required to send a soft-copy of full paper in IEEE format (maximum 6-8 pages) on or before 8.12.2024 at 5pm to the mail id [email protected].
- The front page of paper should be consisting of participants / team members names, contact no., email id, college name and title at the top of page.
- All the participants are required to bring a hardcopy of their paper along with them on the day of event.
- Selected participants will give 5 min. for paper presentation &2 min. for query session.
- Time limit should be strictly followed and extension may lead to deduction of marks.
- Selected papers will be intimated through email.
- Violation of any rule can result in rejection of paper.
- Judge decision will be final.
