Guidelines for Participants

Technical Event Rules

  • Two members permitted in a team.
  • Each team can submit only one project idea.
  • One participant cannot be part of more than one team.
  • No change of team structure is permitted after the team is registered.
  • One of the team members should be registered as team leader.
  • The Synopsis of the Project Plan should be submit 2 Days before (Before 8.12.2024)
  • Maximum 15 slides of power point presentation are allowed in the presentation.
  • The participants must follow the font size of 12 in Times New Roman for main text and of 14 for headings withbline spacing of 1.5″
  • Teams will have a specified time limit (5-8 minutes) to pitch their project idea to the panel of sharks. the pitch must include the innovation and projects
  • Two minutes Question round.
  • Participants must carry their data back up in laptop.
  • Presentations must be clear, concise, and visually engaging.
  • Not adhering to the following rules will cause disqualification
